Today

Today, I went to Chicago, IL. Me, my sister, my daugther, my hubby and my sis's bf went to Lincoln Park Zoo. It was amazing and big. There was lots of walking and I was glad to have my mule on. I didn't know that there was such thing as "a free zoo." I was amaze when I found out that this zoo is free. It's a zoo but located right on the park that's why it's called Lincoln park zoo. The zoo and the park are right next to each other. I was planning to do some shopping at Gurnee Mills Mall and Gurnee Outlet and maybe even in Chicago but things didn't go as planned. I woke up at 7am and we all left together at 11am (after eating lunch) and we got there at 1pm (i think or around 12:30, 12:45 since we had to drive around to look for parking). Well, I was surprise that I had survive without going shopping the whole day. I'm looking forward to shopping at the Gurnee Mall and outlet tomorrow. Yes, I did take photos at the zoo so when I do get home I will post them. I had lots of fun today and saw lots of animals. So if you live in Chicago I'm pretty sure you have been to this zoo but for those who have not, it's worth it because it's FREE and you only pay for parking. Thanks guys and I hope ya enjoy your weekend.

Update

Hey, guys yes, I'm here in Wisconsin already. Yesterday, was my sister's graduation I'm so proud of her. After her graduation, we went out to eat and yes, lots of photos. I didn't bring my cable cord for my camera so I'll have to wait till I get home to upload these photo. I have so much on my mind and many things to do and blog about but at the moment I'm tire and restless. These few days have been really fun and I've been really enjoying it I've been spending time with 2 of my step sister and my cousin(one who brings back so many memories). Today, I went shopping at the Prime Outlet in Pleasant Pairie and yes got me some goodies and good things. I went to the CCO first and got these MAC eyeshadow: humid, electra, go, woodwinked(a very popular one), satellite dream, rose blanc, fascinating ruby smokey eyeshadow palette(the smokey one from this past x-mas collection), cocomotion pigment, blonde's gold pigment, pastore pigment, mocha and pink swoon blush, and a clinique SPF 50 for my sister (yes, the one that graduated).

My next store was the designer fragance and cosmetic company. My sister bought some kind of exfoliator from Lancome, a moisturizer and an eye cream. I got:
-renergie eye cream
-visibily smooth and renewing moisturizer
-caban sunset eyeshadow palette (there's 4 pan and they're huge bigger than MAC pans and they're bronzy eyeshadow)
-eyeshadow in: honeymoon (highlight yellowish color), provence (matte purple), rose quartz (satin rose ), volcano (smokey grey)

I also bought honeymoon and provence for my sis as well. My experience at DF&CCO is neutral. The customer service could have been better but me finding the items and things I needed was great!

My third store was at bath and body outlet. I got 2 makeup remover face wipes for 1.99 each, a country apple hand sanitizer, 1 medium size makeup bag in black by CO BIGELOW for 6 dollars which retail price is $60. That bag was a bargain because it's medium size but when you open it up there's so much room inside of it for your makeup. There's 4 slot one on the front and back and then 2 main one in the middle. I tried it out with my makeup that I've just bought and wow, was I amaze! It has so much room, I might even go back and buy me another one. The one thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't have a handle so it'll be easier to carry it around but it's a really great bag for a really good price!

Last, I went to Coach. I bought me an over the shoulder bag, one where you can wear it over your head and chest. It's pink and I was so surprise they had it in pink. It's the new style so it's unique and different from the rest I've seen. At the last minute, I saw another one I wanted and it was in brown but my sis told me to wait and experience my pink one first, to see if I like it. If I do then I will go back and get the brown one. The brown one is their signitature style but it's different in a way that no one has it yet (not that I've seen of). So this is pretty much it and what had happen these two days. Hope ya enjoy and I know it would have been better with my photos up but like I say when I get back I will be posting my items up. Thanks guys and see ya later!

Midnight Sun

I haven't told ya but I am a big big fan of the saga Twilight. I have all 4 books including the director's book. I'm so in love with this saga and yes, I am finish with all four books. I also own the DVD. Midnight Sun is the fifth book that is going to be release but I've been lucky enough to have read it so far. I'm so in love with Edward Cullen not Robert Pattinson, maybe 25% only but definitely Edward is my prince charming! Any who, I'm enjoying reading midnight sun right now and yes, it's so interesting. All four books are basically from Bella (the main girl) point of view but this fifth book is from Edward's point of view. Even though this fifth book is a re-run of twilight except from Edward's point of view and thinking I think that this is better and more exciting then Twilight. It's so fascinating and interesting. Gosh, I'm so in love with this saga. Right now I'm on page 93 (I think). I've been slacking off on this fifth book because it's online and not an actual book that I can carry anywhere and read it. This is why I've been slacking off and not really paying attention on it. Well, it's not that I don't want to but lately I've been so busy and every time when I'm on the net I'm always so busy doing other stuff..like makeup! LOL! Well, just to round up this collection it's worth buying it because it's so fascinating and you'll learn so much thing from it. This collection is worth every penny that you'll pay for it, you won't be disappointed. Thanks and I know I haven't done a full review on this collection but trust me you'll thank me later and for all those who do own this saga you know...how good it is!

Update

This is a quick update. I've have tons and tons of things I want to post and talk about but I'm always so busy that I forget to upload photos and then I would forgot the topics I wanted to talk about. Just a little update to let ya know that I have so much on my mind and so many things I want to tell ya about but such little time. Love ya!

Hot tools Curler

I bought mine from Ulta.com and heard about these many many times and thought that it was time I give it a try. It isn't what I had expected it to be. I thought the result was going to be "oh, wow!" After trying these out for a couple of months now it isn't all that as people have raved about it and review about it. I do like these curler heat up so fast that you don't even have to wait. The result of the 3/4 is very nice for prom look and if you want really tight curler. The 1 1/4 inch doesn't keep my curl in. I don't know if my hair is way too straight(naturally) or what but it doesn't keep the curls in even after all the hairspray stuff. I saw pursebuzz review long time ago but the result of mine didn't look anything like hers. I've got a 1 1/2 inch curler from conair and it keep my curl in even though I had to wait a while to release the clamp and sometime the conair one doesn't curler all of my hair. It curls some part and not some other. With the hot tool one, I had to keep going back to curl my hair to make it stay. So after curling this section I had to go back to the last one and re-curl everything. Aww...it was awful! Right after you curl it, you'll get a curl but once your hair cool you lose the curl. I'm going to give it a try because I want that romantic, loose curl with the 1 1/4 inch curler and review more about that particular curler. The 3/4 inch curl well but it's the 1 1/4 inch that I'm having trouble about. I was planning to order more from hot tools but after this one experience I'm holding back and thinking more about it.

3/4 inch

1 1/4 inch

These can be found on many websites so I suggest you google it. You can find these in your local sally beauty supply. They do carry different version these but just slight different with the name call helen of troy and instead of metal it's plastic. I've heard that these metal one are far more better then the plastic purple ones so I would say to stick to these. BTW, I got mine for a bargain from Ulta when they were having a hot tool sale.

Enzo Milano

I've found the perfect hair curl that'll give anyone those soft, loose curl but at the same time a little wave to it. Yes, it will give you that soft wavy look like celebrity or even on model. Yes, I am so in love with this curler and I've wored it three times so far and it gives me just a different look that I've never had with any other curler. This is my perfect hairstyle if I'm going out in the evening, special occassion or even on days when I'm all dress up.

This curler comes in all different size and can be found on a lot of different site online. You can purchase it directly from their site but I've order mine from ebay. Thanks to miss Beautyforyou blog that I've read about it and order mine immediately. I aso got my picture from her blog, I figure why not use her and skip all the uploading and etc. I've enjoy reading her blog and reading her opinions on items so if you like to read her blog type in beautyforyou and I'm pretty sure she'll appear somewhere online. Any how, the ebay seller is highly reccomend, a power seller and super fast shipping. Well, I guess it's super fast to me because I live closer to him.

I knew I wanted this curler the minute I saw it. I didn't even hesitate to order it. It probably took me less then 10 minutes to order it. I knew just from reading that I was going to enjoy this. Than I saw miss beautyforyou's blog pictures of her hair result and just fell deeper in love with it. I don't t'think I'mgoing to order any curler for now because I've been searching long enough and found "the one."

I'm so in love and happy about this curler that I've told almost everyone about it. Trust me you won't be disappointed. I did find that it did take a little longer to style your hair then usual because it doesn't have the clamp on and you have to hold your hair while curling. But the outcome of it is worth it!

Tell me your thoughts about this brand if you have tried any of his curler.
